Amanda Schurtz, born in Switzerland and splitting her time between Dublin and Geneva, has just received her black belt in Newaza , Brazilian jiu-jitsu. She is also a member of the Swiss Olympic team. Unlike other disciplines, she has to fund her own sports career, which means, she has a full time job plus a full time training. Let’s hear her story.
